Acting President of Ukraine, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov gave military men dislocated in Crimea a permission to use weapons.
According to the Ministry of Defence, today at around 4 p.m. military men of the Russian Federation Armed Forces conducted a combat assault of the 13th photogrammetric centre (Simferopol city) using automatic weapons.
In the combat assault an ensign was killed by a direct hit in the region of heart, and a captain of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was seriously injured.
In order to protect life and health of Ukrainian military men, acting President of Ukraine, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov according to military charters gave permission to use weapons.
We stress that responsibility for blood of Ukrainian military men lies on political leadership of the Russian Federation and particularly on President Putin.
